This prairie style structure, tucked into the north end of Yorkshire Plaza in Webster Groves, features two stories and is 11,775 square feet. Retail banking space occupies the ground floor, with bank offices above. To create a feeling of upscale elegance, wall coverings are used throughout the interior, trimmed with cherry wood baseboards, chair rails and crown moldings. Pi Beta Phi
McGrath constructed this two-story, high-end office building, which serves as Pi Beta Phi Fraternity’s National Headquarters. The 17,000 sf building features a rotunda with a custom designed wood staircase, circular balcony and porcelain tile floor, giving the space a comfortable and high quality feel. The building construction was masonry and structural steel with a mansard roof to conceal the rooftop HVAC unit. Pi Beta Phi Building Addition

McGrath & Associates has completed construction on the $1.9 million expansion and renovation of the Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women international headquarters in St. Louis. HKW was the architect. The expansion connects to Pi Beta Phi’s international headquarters building on Town and Country Commons Drive in west St. Louis County, which McGrath built in 2002. This $3.6 million, 45,000 sf, single story “tilt-up” building was constructed for Sev-Rend Corporation to house its manufacturing facility. The building provides office space, manufacturing facilities and expansion room for the company. SLCH Hematology/Oncology
The Hematology/Oncology Clinic project consisted of a complete renovation within the Oncology department at St. Louis Children’s Hospital. The project was immediately adjacent to an active Bone Marrow Transplant Clinic. McGrath implemented intensive infection control procedures and teamed up with Infection Prevention to develop new processes for delivery of materials to/from the site.
