ST. LOUIS – McGrath & Associates has completed work on elevators at Alton Memorial Hospital as part of a $5.5 million BJC HealthCare elevator renovation and modernization project. McGrath also is renovating elevators at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. McGrath is the construction manager and general contractor for the design/build project. ST. LOUIS, MO – McGrath & Associates has completed construction on the $1.9 million expansion and renovation of the Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women international headquarters in St. Louis. The American Subcontractors Association (ASA) Midwest named McGrath & Associates “General Contractor of the Year” at its gala held in St. Louis on April 23. This is the sixth time McGrath has received the award , including twice in the past three years.
