McGrath’s collaborative Design – Build team offers the best of both worlds for the client. Having an architectural department as part of a construction company allows for immediate collaboration. We are able to provide the client with a more accurate job cost and construction schedule than if each one were hired separately.
McGrath’s architectural department listens and responds to each client’s specific needs and requirements. Multiple design concepts are prepared in both 2D and 3D and are then presented to the client. Based on the client’s final decision, we collaborate and coordinate with our engineering team in BIM to reduce construction conflicts and cost overruns. The end result is a successful project that is on time and on budget.
