McGrath was general contractor on the $1.2 million renovation of the Breast HealthCare Center at Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis.
The 12,000 sf renovation expanded the 6th floor Missouri Baptist Breast HealthCare Center and improve patient experience through enhanced aesthetics and service flow. McGrath also renovated an adjacent doctors’ suite.
The existing breast healthcare suite remained operational throughout the phased project, so McGrath phased the project and implemented strict isolation and infection prevention measures to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
