McGrath is the construction manager on a $50 million site expansion, McGrath performed concept budget estimating on the 66,000-square-foot project. This is a fast-track project that will have gone from design kick off to commissioned suite in 14 months.
Expansion will allow site to have second largest base of single use bio reactors at a contract development and manufacturing organization (CMO) in the world. Expansion will add 16,000 L of single-use bioreactor volume.
The expansion will have two stories of production space with the first floor being made up of a cell culture ball room and purification ball room.
