McGrath performed the design build installation of a new, $4.8 M, Validated GMP controlled warehouse over two phases. McGrath executed construction concept feasibility, schematic design through construction documents and execution of commissioning of a new 18,670 sf GMP warehouse and over all 31,612 sf total project space.
The project involved new ADRM and Non-ADRM segregated sampling rooms. Validated Clean Cold Rooms and Freezers.
New validated temperature monitoring was installed as well as new fire protection to meet code for storage of unexpanded plastics.
Building envelope was upgraded to meet current energy codes and a new generator was added to the building for 100% back up of the facility.
