Dialysis Center Cape Girardeau Missouri

McGrath & Associates has completed a $4.5 million Design/Build project in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. The project is a one story 11,500 square foot Dialysis Center. The floor plan is broken in to three main areas: Administration offices, Patient Treatment and back of house areas. The treatment area includes centralized Nurse stations surrounded by 30 patient stations. Home training rooms are also part of the patient treatment area. The back of house area includes specialized water filtration systems needed for Dialysis, IT and utility rooms and a staff break area.

McGrath managed both the design of the project and performed as the general contractor. Additionally, McGrath handled equipment procurement and installation for the dialysis center.

McGrath’s architectural work group performed the planning and design of the project. McGrath partnered with Koehler Engineering for Civil, CASE Engineering for Structural, MEPFP, and Working Spaces for furniture design and layout.
