McGrath is renovating and expanding the Behavioral Health Pod at Barnes-Jewish Hospital Emergency Department in St. Louis. We are relocating the emergency department X-ray room and several offices to make space for the 8,400-square-foot Behavioral Health Pod, which will include an open treatment area with shared bays and separate rooms. Features include safe “quiet” rooms, enhanced security on doors, and psych-safe space design, products and equipment.
Because the renovation is taking place in occupied health care areas, we implement strict isolation and infection prevention measures to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
