At Christian Hospital in north St. Louis County, McGrath installed new elevators and upgraded mechanical and electrical systems.
We modernized the original traction elevators in the five-story Paul F. Detrick Building, sequencing construction so that one elevator remained in operation at all times. We also replaced the air handling unit serving the operating room suite with a more energy-efficient, higher capacity unit and upgrading the hospital’s electrical switchgear.
