McGrath performed the design build installation of a temporary, $621K Validated GMP controlled warehouse. McGrath executed construction concept feasibility, schematic design through construction documents and execution of commissioning of the new 4500 sf GMP warehouse.
This project entailed conversion of an existing office, conference room and cafeteria to the new GMP warehouse space. McGrath worked with the client to maximize the number pallets to be stored in the warehouse, while minimizing the footprint. Further, McGrath worked to utilize as much of the existing infrastructure as possible to minimize overall construction costs.
Separate ADRM & Non-ADRM sampling rooms.
Clean Cold Room and Cold Freezers.
New validated temperature monitoring, new fire pump for storing unexpanded plastics.
