McGrath served as General Contractor for the construction of an approximately 9,500-square-foot Hazardous Waste Storage Building. This new hazardous waste building was constructed utilizing the pre-engineered metal building delivery method. The building consisted of new foundations, flatwork, with 18,000-square-foot of new site concrete paving, pre-engineered metal building with epoxy coated steel, fiberglass wall panels and epoxy coated concrete slab for containment. McGrath constructed this $829,579 project amongst the active operating manufacturing facility, with minimal disruptions to the plant.
