McGrath was the Design Build Construction Manager for the $4.5 million conversion of 85,000 sf of warehouse space to offices, production, R&D labs and headquarters and conference center.
The new space will accommodate R&D Labs and offices, production space and a plastics lab. McGrath completed the design in house and is currently in the process of completing the construction.
