The $4.8 million hybrid vascular operating room (OR) at Memorial Hospital Belleville in Belleville, Illinois incorporates advanced surgical, imaging and monitoring technology for cutting-edge, minimally invasive endovascular surgical procedures. McGrath combined two existing operating rooms to create the hybrid OR. The new $5.6 million St. Louis Heart and Vascular, developed by the Marcus Organization, is a high-tech ambulatory surgery center and medical office facility on McKelvey Road in Bridgeton, Missouri. McGrath installed a new exterior skin on the existing 21,000-square-foot two-story building, removed roof overhangs and raised the parapet walls to increase the building height. Montgomery Bank – Bridgeton

Montgomery Bank in Bridgeton, Missouri, contracted McGrath to construct a complete redesign of the branch with the addition of an AT&T retail store. The design-build project highlighted a trend in the banking industry to reduce branch size while incorporating a retail tenant into the original building footprint. Renovation of the 5,100-square-foot facility included exterior finishes and ACM panels, modern interior finishes, drive-thru lanes and canopy, new HVAC air handlers and utility services. Affton HS Student Commons

The Affton High School Student Commons project included a two-phase building addition and renovation of an existing cafeteria. Phase I involved constructing the new ground-up student commons building addition from February through May. During Phase 2, the new addition was tied into the existing cafeteria building and the cafeteria and dining area were completely renovated during the short summer break of June through August.
