Montgomery Bank in Bridgeton, Missouri, contracted McGrath to construct a complete redesign of the branch with the addition of an AT&T retail store. The design-build project highlighted a trend in the banking industry to reduce branch size while incorporating a retail tenant into the original building footprint. Affton HS Student Commons

The Affton High School Student Commons project included a two-phase building addition and renovation of an existing cafeteria.  Phase I involved constructing the new ground-up student commons building addition from February through May. Ameren-Bland Substation

Ameren Missouri’s new $1.8 million Bland substation in Owensville, Missouri provided additional capacity for electrical distribution. The 5.5-acre expansion of the 345 kV substation work included 206 deep foundation piers and a new transformer pit. The rocky project site required substantial earthwork to prepare for construction. Ameren-Cape Girardeau Transmission Line

This project involved replacement of wood pole power line structures along Cape Girardeau’s river wall with new steel poles.  This project was immediately adjacent to existing active rail lines.
