McGrath & Associates has completed a $1.1 million Cardiac Cath Lab renovation for a hospital in Chesterfield, MO. The 800 square foot Cath Lab renovation also included updates to the control room and building an equipment electrical room to support the Cath Lab equipment. McGrath & Associates has completed a $4.6 million STEM building addition for Nerinx Hall high school. In addition to being the construction manager and general contractor for the 8,100 square foot project, McGrath coordinated MEPFP design for the project. McGrath & Associates has completed a $3.3 million drilled pier foundations and pipe pile mat foundation project for a utility company. This project consisted of (10) drilled pier foundations from 9' to 10' in diameter and ranging from 40' to 57' deep. McGrath & Associates has completed a $10.6 million project in St. Louis, Missouri. The project was a 9,000 square foot hospital utility plant expansion. Included were new mechanical, electrical and generator rooms constructed in existing shell space. Additionally, the existing utility space was upgraded to include new mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure.
