McGrath & Associates has completed a $10.6 million project in St. Louis, Missouri. The project was a 9,000 square foot hospital utility plant expansion. Included were new mechanical, electrical and generator rooms constructed in existing shell space. Additionally, the existing utility space was upgraded to include new mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure. McGrath & Associates has completed construction of a new a $2 million pharmacy for Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital. The 4,500 square foot pharmacy includes two IV mixing rooms, two chemo mixing rooms, a BoxPicker automated pharmacy storage system, breakroom, comfortable working spaces, and private offices. The floor plan is broken in to three main areas: Administration offices, Patient Treatment and back of house areas. U.S. Paint Building Renovation

McGrath performed the design-build renovation of an existing 5,000 sq./ft building for U.S. Paint in St. Louis, MO. McGrath’s in-house architects completed the design for the $1.4 million construction project. The project consisted of installing a connecting link bridge tying two buildings together and new metal siding on the exterior of the building. On the interior, the entire second floor was renovated. This included additional restrooms, a conference room, a new bistro/kitchen and office space. [...]
