This $17 million, 152,000-square-foot project involved phased renovations of nine levels of the Waldheim Building and two levels of the Shoenberg Building within the Barnes-Jewish Hospital North Complex. McGrath & Associates, Inc. developed plans that broke the project into six major areas and more than 20 phases of work. This phasing resulted in significant cost savings as compared to temporary relocation of the departments which resulted in the various departments being fully functional during construction. [...]
Bloomsdale Med Center
The new $5 million Bloomsdale Medical Center, an expansion of Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital in Bloomsdale, Missouri, is a regional center for women's and family health. Gateway Arch Lighting
McGrath managed installation of a state-of-the-art lighting system to illuminate the Gateway Arch at Jefferson National Expansion Memorial at the Mississippi River in St. Louis. The project included four 10’ x 55’ in-ground concrete vaults for 44 fixtures, and required substantial time to find and relocate existing utilities. Girl Scouts Program Center

McGrath & Associates has completed construction on a $340,000 expansion of the Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri headquarters at 2306 Ball Drive in Maryland Heights. The new Berges Family Girl Scouts Program Center house programs focused on STEM careers, health and money management. McGrath served as General Contractor for the construction of 21 new Mechanical and Electrical buildings at the new Holcim (US) Inc. Ste. Genevieve Cement Plant. This new cement plant contains the largest single kiln line in the world and our project was a part of the more than $1 billion dollar investment in the facility.
