McGrath constructed this two-story, high-end office building, which serves as Pi Beta Phi Fraternity’s National Headquarters. The 17,000 sf building features a rotunda with a custom designed wood staircase, circular balcony and porcelain tile floor, giving the space a comfortable and high quality feel.
The building construction was masonry and structural steel with a mansard roof to conceal the rooftop HVAC unit. McGrath worked closely with the project architect giving special care to details that created a sophisticated ambiance. The project was completed on time, providing the owner a smooth transition into the new facility.
