McGrath is currently underway on the construction of a new quality control laboratory building expansion in Cleveland, Ohio. The $2 million, 4,000 square foot Design-Build addition will consist of a new QC laboratory with support office space, conference room with media, and break area. The laboratory space includes an open floorplan with rows of lab casework, fume hoods, exhaust snorkels, and a Bio-Safety Cabinet, all served by a stainless-steel laboratory exhaust system. A new RO/DI Water distribution skid is to be installed to serve the new lab along with various lab gasses throughout the space. McGrath completed the design of this facility with our in-house architecture staff.
