Daniel Yaeger, Project Manager at McGrath & Associates, has been named GC Office Employee of the Year by the American Subcontractors Association–Midwest Council (ASA).
Yaeger was recognized at the ASA Midwest Council’s 33rd Annual Awards Gala, held in St. Louis on April 11, 2026. The award honors outstanding office professionals who demonstrate exceptional leadership, dedication, and support within the construction industry.
“Daniel’s work ethic, leadership, and commitment to excellence represent the very best of McGrath & Associates,” said CEO and President Nick Knobbe. “This recognition is a testament to the impact he makes every day, and we’re proud to have him on our team.”
In addition to Yaeger’s individual recognition, McGrath & Associates was also honored as General Contractor of the Year at the gala—marking its fourth win in the past seven years. Since the award’s inception, the company has been nominated 27 times and has earned the distinction 10 times.
