ST. LOUIS, MO – McGrath & Associates has completed the design and begun construction of a new quality control laboratory building expansion in Cleveland, Ohio. The 4,000 square foot Design-Build project will house a new QC laboratory with support office space, conference room with media, and break area. McGrath completed this project with our in-house architectural staff.

As part of the project, McGrath also procured equipment for the laboratory space including an open floor-plan with rows of lab casework, 3 new fume hoods, 9 exhaust snorkels, and a Bio-Safety Cabinet, all served by a stainless-steel laboratory exhaust system. A new RO/DI Water distribution skid is to be installed serving the new lab along with various lab gasses throughout the space.
