McGrath & Associates completes bank design and renovation in Valley Park, Missouri

VALLEY PARK, MO – McGrath & Associates has completed design and construction of a bank renovation for Montgomery Bank in Valley Park, Missouri. The 3,360 square foot project included both exterior and interior design performed by McGrath’s Architectural division.
The existing building presented several challenges including deficiencies in load bearing walls and energy efficiency. McGrath used its expertise to overcome these challenges during the design process.
As part of the project, McGrath included many upgrades including energy efficient LED lighting, modern framing with glazed windows, and all new interior finishes providing an updated look. The exterior façade of the building was also given a modern face lift with new textures and colors.
Overall, the building has had a major transformation with structural improvements, aesthetic improvements and building envelope improvements. The facility is now up to date with the current energy standards and the space is now more inviting and comfortable for both employees and customers.
