Chesterfield, MO – McGrath & Associates has completed a $1.1 million Cardiac Cath Lab renovation for a hospital in Chesterfield, MO. The 800 square foot Cath Lab renovation also included updates to the control room and building an equipment electrical room to support the Cath Lab equipment.

The Cath Lab and control room spaces received new infrastructure for equipment including structural support, HVAC, lighting, and medical gases. Upgraded room finishes included new flooring, ceiling and paint. New casework and wall protection was also installed. The project included upgrading the existing drainage structure of the roof above the Cath Lab. The plenum area was properly sealed and insulated to allow for equipment to operate more efficiently. Demolition of the existing lab infrastructure, an exterior hallway to the lab, and renovation of a storage room were completed as part of the project.
