McGrath was general contractor on the $1.2 million renovation of the Breast HealthCare Center at Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis. The 12,000 sf renovation expanded the 6th floor Missouri Baptist Breast HealthCare Center and improve patient experience through enhanced aesthetics and service flow. McGrath & Associates has completed construction of the new state-of-the-art Wound Care Center at Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis. The 3,900-square-foot Wound Care Center features two hyperbaric chambers for hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), a reception area and a waiting room with exterior views for patients and family members. McGrath served as owner’s representative for a new $5.5 million office building in Shiloh, Illinois, leased to the MITRE Corporation. The 22,000-square-foot building near Scott Air Force Base, which MITRE supports through its work for the U.S. Department of Defense, is the largest office building in Shiloh. The tilt-up construction building included an inlay brick system to accent the exterior. Montgomery Bank
This prairie style structure, tucked into the north end of Yorkshire Plaza in Webster Groves, features two stories and is 11,775 square feet. Retail banking space occupies the ground floor, with bank offices above. To create a feeling of upscale elegance, wall coverings are used throughout the interior, trimmed with cherry wood baseboards, chair rails and crown moldings. Pi Beta Phi
McGrath constructed this two-story, high-end office building, which serves as Pi Beta Phi Fraternity’s National Headquarters. The 17,000 sf building features a rotunda with a custom designed wood staircase, circular balcony and porcelain tile floor, giving the space a comfortable and high quality feel. The building construction was masonry and structural steel with a mansard roof to conceal the rooftop HVAC unit.
