The building also houses a fully equipped learning center for students, complete with 10 cooking stations. McGrath was general contractor on the $1.2 million renovation of the Breast HealthCare Center at Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis. The 12,000 sf renovation expanded the 6th floor Missouri Baptist Breast HealthCare Center and improve patient experience through enhanced aesthetics and service flow. McGrath & Associates has completed construction of the new state-of-the-art Wound Care Center at Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis. The 3,900-square-foot Wound Care Center features two hyperbaric chambers for hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), a reception area and a waiting room with exterior views for patients and family members. McGrath served as owner’s representative for a new $5.5 million office building in Shiloh, Illinois, leased to the MITRE Corporation. The 22,000-square-foot building near Scott Air Force Base, which MITRE supports through its work for the U.S. Department of Defense, is the largest office building in Shiloh. The tilt-up construction building included an inlay brick system to accent the exterior.
