U.S. Paint Building Renovation

McGrath performed the design-build renovation of an existing 5,000 sq./ft building for U.S. Paint in St. Louis, MO. McGrath’s in-house architects completed the design for the $1.4 million construction project. The project consisted of installing a connecting link bridge tying two buildings together and new metal siding on the exterior of the building. On the interior, the entire second floor was renovated. QC Lab Expansion Cleveland Ohio

McGrath is currently underway on the construction of a new quality control laboratory building expansion in Cleveland, Ohio. The $2 million, 4,000 square foot Design-Build addition will consist of a new QC laboratory with support office space, conference room with media, and break area. Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital Additions

McGrath & Associates completed a $10 million Design/Build project for Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital in 2020. The project included a two story 28,000 square foot addition to the hospital. The ground floor is a large medical office clinic which includes a drive-up retail pharmacy. API Manufacturing Expansion

McGrath fully coordinated the design and construction of a new, $32 million greenfield Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing plant. The project was “turn-key”, with McGrath providing design, procurement, construction, instrument pre-commissioning and commissioning services for the new API production facility. McGrath is the construction manager on a $50 million site expansion, McGrath performed concept budget estimating on the 66,000-square-foot project.
