At SSM Health St. Louis University Hospital, McGrath renovated the 4,500-square-foot Infusion Center and Pharmacy, combining multiple areas into a single, larger space. The project included a new nurse's station, infusion bays and all new finishes. The pharmacy was in operation during the renovation so we completed construction over six phases to minimize disruption to staff and visitors. Saint Louis University Hospital CT Facility
At SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, McGrath completed an interventional CT facility on an accelerated three-month schedule. We renovated the existing CT facility in the West Pavilion to accommodate new state-of-the-art Siemens imaging equipment, phasing the project in the occupied radiology department to minimize disruption to staff, patients and visitors. Christian Hospital Mechanical Upgrades

At Christian Hospital in north St. Louis County, McGrath installed new elevators and upgraded mechanical and electrical systems. We modernized the original traction elevators in the five-story Paul F. Detrick Building, sequencing construction so that one elevator remained in operation at all times. We also replaced the air handling unit serving the operating room suite with a more energy-efficient, higher capacity unit and upgrading the hospital’s electrical switchgear. Barnes-Jewish Healthcare Behavioral Health Pod

McGrath is renovating and expanding the Behavioral Health Pod at Barnes-Jewish Hospital Emergency Department in St. Louis. We are relocating the emergency department X-ray room and several offices to make space for the 8,400-square-foot Behavioral Health Pod, which will include an open treatment area with shared bays and separate rooms. McGrath & Associates renovated the Missouri Baptist Medical Center Heart Center in St. Louis. The renovation and relocation project involved several spaces on the campus totaling approximately 16,000 square feet. Located in multiple buildings and areas of the hospital complex, the projects were carefully phased and several were constructed simultaneously to ensure completion within an accelerated six-month timeline.
