API Production Renovation
This $5.3 million project consists of the relocation of an existing process. CE&IC & McGrath provided the Design and Construction Services to renovate the existing Production Area. This project included the purchase and installation of glass line reactors, stainless steel formulation tanks, pressure canisters and PTFE lined receivers, heat exchangers and condensing units at the facility. BSL1/BSL2 Lab Expansion
This project consisted of the 44,400 sf renovation of an existing area on the first floor of the building. Areas specific to this project include BSL1 and BSL2 Labs, Quality Labs, Packaging Rooms, Freezers, Coolers and Support spaces. Additionally, staff restrooms and cubicle areas were constructed. Biologics Manufacturing Suite
McGrath completed construction of a new cGMP Flexible Single Use Biologics Manufacturing Suite in an operational production facility. This suite of approximately 5000 square feet will provide late stage, Phase III to commercial capabilities at 2000L fed-batch cell culture and downstream processing. McGrath & Associates, Inc. completed a new cGMP Microbiology and QC Laboratory Expansion. The project value was in excess of $25 million dollars. Contractually, McGrath & Associates, Inc. provided CM services which included the project coordination of all major trade groups and self–performed the general trade’s package associated with all architectural and structural components of the project.
