ST. LOUIS, MO – McGrath & Associates has completed the design and construction of a building renovation for U.S. Paint in St. Louis, MO. The 5,000 square foot Design-Build project included a renovation of the entire 2nd floor including restrooms, a conference room, office space and a bistro/kitchen. The project also included installing a connecting bridge between two buildings, as well as new metal siding installed on the exterior of the building.
McGrath completed the design on this project with their in-house architectural staff. They also were the construction manager and general contractor for the project. McGrath also partnered with Working Spaces to provide services for the design, layout and furniture in the new renovated spaces.
