McGrath completed construction of a new cGMP Flexible Single Use Biologics Manufacturing Suite in an operational production facility. This suite of approximately 5000 square feet will provide late stage, Phase III to commercial capabilities at 2000L fed-batch cell culture and downstream processing. McGrath & Associates, Inc. completed a new cGMP Microbiology and QC Laboratory Expansion. The project value was in excess of $25 million dollars. McGrath & Associates, Inc. completed a new cGMP Manufacturing Expansion. McGrath acted as the Construction Manager - Agent for the $25 million project, while self-performing the general trade’s package. Hazardous Waste Storage Building
McGrath served as General Contractor for the construction of an approximately 9,500-square-foot Hazardous Waste Storage Building. This new hazardous waste building was constructed utilizing the pre-engineered metal building delivery method. The building consisted of new foundations, flatwork, with 18,000-square-foot of new site concrete paving, pre-engineered metal building with epoxy coated steel, fiberglass wall panels and epoxy coated concrete slab for containment. Purification/Analytical Lab
This $1.3 million project was a unique 2,000-square-foot interior renovation within an existing building. An existing PD Lab office support space was converted to a Purification / Analytical Lab. Flexible lab space was the foundation of the design. Modular lab casework was utilized for ease of retrofit in the future. All lab utilities were fed from overhead.
