At Christian Hospital in north St. Louis County, McGrath installed new elevators and upgraded mechanical and electrical systems. We modernized the original traction elevators in the five-story Paul F. Detrick Building, sequencing construction so that one elevator remained in operation at all times. Barnes-Jewish Healthcare Behavioral Health Pod

McGrath is renovating and expanding the Behavioral Health Pod at Barnes-Jewish Hospital Emergency Department in St. Louis. We are relocating the emergency department X-ray room and several offices to make space for the 8,400-square-foot Behavioral Health Pod, which will include an open treatment area with shared bays and separate rooms. McGrath & Associates renovated the Missouri Baptist Medical Center Heart Center in St. Louis. The renovation and relocation project involved several spaces on the campus totaling approximately 16,000 square feet. Located in multiple buildings and areas of the hospital complex, the projects were carefully phased and several were constructed simultaneously to ensure completion within an accelerated six-month timeline. Barnes-Jewish Hospital Center for Advanced Medicine Elevators

McGrath is constructing two new glass hydraulic elevators in the atrium of the Center for Advanced Medicine at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. The $1.6 million design/build elevator project will improve patient and visitor circulation, while maintaining the open aesthetics of the building’s central atrium. Memorial Hospital Belleville Patient Care Unit

Summary The $1.5 million renovation of the second-floor patient care unit at Memorial Hospital Belleville in Belleville, Illinois, converted shared pediatric patient rooms in one wing of the second floor into 12 private adult patient rooms. Adjacent wings remained operational and occupied by patients, so McGrath implemented strict isolation and infection prevention measures.
